This song is about a little boy who loses his mom to cancer, and never comes to grips with her death. But, through it all, Jesus carries him through the pain of losing her. I have also lost loved ones, and it hurts because you can't talk to that person anymore. I wrote this song to give comfort to those who have lost loved ones. Jesus will carry you.
